Yes. We can model the existing room as it stands, then apply the planned changes — new flooring, wall colours, a different kitchen layout, added storage or a knocked-through wall. This side-by-side approach is common with clients across Manchester who want to see the before-and-after result before committing to a builder's quote or ordering materials such as tiles, worktops or cabinetry.

Standard delivery is high-resolution JPEG or PNG files, sized for both screen viewing and print. If you need the images for a property listing, a planning application or a printed brochure, let us know the intended use when you place the order so we can export at the correct resolution and aspect ratio. Source project files are not included as standard but can be discussed separately if a specific need arises.

Yes, object visualization is one of our regular services. This covers items such as bespoke furniture, staircases, fireplaces or fitted units where a client wants to see the finished piece, check proportions against a room, or compare finish options such as wood grain, paint colour or upholstery fabric before manufacturing begins. It is often quicker to produce than a full room scene, since only one item needs detailed modelling.

We aim for renders that match reality as closely as the information we are given allows. Accuracy depends on the measurements, material samples and lighting details provided at the brief stage. Small variations can occur once real materials are seen under natural light, or if a supplier changes a product line before installation. For that reason we treat visualization as a close planning reference rather than a guaranteed final appearance.

Revisions are part of the normal process. After the first draft is sent, you can ask for adjustments such as a different wall colour, alternative furniture layout, changed lighting mood or swapped materials. The number of revision rounds included is confirmed at the quote stage, since a simple colour change takes less time than reworking the entire camera angle or room layout.

The modelling process is the same, though commercial jobs sometimes involve more furniture and fittings to place accurately.

Pricing is based on the number of rooms or objects, the level of detail required, and how many finished camera views you need per space. A single room with two or three views costs less than a full flat with a dozen angles across multiple rooms. We provide a written quote in pounds sterling after reviewing your brief, so there are no surprises once work begins.

We currently take on-site measuring appointments across 5 districts in and around Manchester. If you are within one of these areas, we can visit to take accurate measurements and photograph existing conditions before modelling starts. Outside these districts, we can often still work from plans and photos you supply yourself — ask us when you enquire and we will confirm what is possible for your address.

Yes, this is a common use case. We can produce two versions of the same room — for example, an open-plan layout against a partitioned one — so you can compare them side by side before instructing a builder or ordering materials.

Do you provide visualizations for planning permission or listing applications?

We can supply rendered images to support an application or a property listing, but we do not prepare the planning documents themselves. Check with your architect or local planning office about which image formats and views they require.

What happens if I am not happy with the direction of the first draft?

Tell us specifically what does not match your expectations — layout, colour, lighting or camera angle — and we adjust within the agreed revision rounds. Clear reference images at the brief stage reduce the chance of a major rework later.
