Category: Interior Visualization

The client, a couple renovating a two-up two-down in Chorlton, wanted confirmation on how a knock-through between the front and back rooms would look before removing the wall. The model was built from a builder's sketch and site photos.

Three versions were produced showing daylight, dusk with lamps on, and an evening scene, which helped decide on the final paint colour and curtain fabric.

Category: Exterior Visualization

Built from an architect's technical drawings for a planning submission to the local council. The render shows the glazed extension against the existing brick, including how it sits relative to the boundary fence and the neighbouring property.

A second image was produced from the garden looking back at the house, requested to support the application with a clear view of scale.

Category: Kitchen Visualization

A galley-style kitchen for a flat near Piccadilly, modelled to the joiner's exact cabinet dimensions and using the actual worktop sample provided by the client. The aim was to confirm handle style and placement before the units were made.

The final files were shared directly with the joiner so measurements could be double-checked on both sides before manufacturing began.

A full refit for a semi-detached house in Withington, modelled twice with two tile choices, grey porcelain against a warmer sand tone, so the family could compare both in the same lighting before ordering.

Fittings including the shower screen, towel rail and taps were matched to supplier catalogue codes so the final room would look as close as possible to the render.

An upholsterer based in Salford needed listing images for six fabric colourways of the same sofa model, to be used on an online marketplace and on their own order form.

One base model was built and re-rendered with each fabric texture, which meant no additional photography sessions were needed once the model was approved.
