These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Jozafo and the provision of its 3D visualization services for rooms and objects. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
This website is operated by Jozafo, a business based in the United Kingdom.
For any question relating to these Terms, an order, or your personal data, please contact us using the details above.
Jozafo provides 3D visualization services covering the digital rendering of rooms, interiors and standalone objects, based on materials, measurements and briefs supplied by the customer. Deliverables are provided in digital format as agreed with each customer prior to commencement of work.
Orders may be placed via the website, by email, or by phone. An order is considered submitted once the customer has provided the required project details, reference materials, and any requested specifications.
No contract exists between the customer and Jozafo until we send a written order confirmation by email, setting out the agreed scope of work, price, and estimated delivery timeframe. Jozafo reserves the right to decline any order, for example where the requested work falls outside our capabilities or where insufficient information has been provided.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information, images, plans and instructions supplied are accurate and complete, as these form the basis of the visualization work.
All prices are quoted in advance of work commencing and are confirmed in the order confirmation. Prices include the agreed number of visualizations and revision rounds as specified in the quote; any additional work outside this scope (extra views, significant design changes, rush delivery) may be charged separately and will be agreed with the customer before being carried out.
Payment terms (including any deposit required before work begins and the balance due on delivery) will be set out in the order confirmation. Payment must be made using the method specified by Jozafo. Work will not commence, or final files will not be released, until payment has been received in accordance with the agreed terms.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
If you are a consumer contracting at a distance, you generally have a right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, where you request that work begin before the end of this period, and Jozafo begins bespoke visualization work at your request, this cancellation right may be lost once the work has commenced, or a proportionate charge may apply for work already carried out. This will be explained clearly before you confirm your order.
To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, quoting your order details.
If you are unhappy with the delivered work, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery, describing the issue. We will review the complaint and, where justified, offer a reasonable revision, correction, or, where appropriate, a partial or full refund, at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer law.
Jozafo will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Jozafo processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
